We examine your camera
A highly skilled technician examines your camera. We then contact you with a quote. Cameras repaired under warranty move directly to Step 3.
Your camera is repaired
Our technicians repair and setup your camera then run it through our rigorous quality control system before releasing it to dispatch.
Your camera is returned
We carefully package your camera and return it to you via insured courier. We use UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure you receive your equipment quickly.
