hello there. just a quick e-mail to say how pleased i am with your service.i sent my camera in with a viewfinder fault, you said it would take 7 to 10 working days. you were true to your word from me phoning you to getting the repair done and the camera returned was a total of 8 days, needless to say a big thanks to all staff that was involved, although this was warranty work, and i will have to pay the next time i have a fault [hope not] i will deffinately be getting in touch. so just to say thanks again. steve

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to you Colchester Cameras, for recently repairing my Canono IXUS 960 IS camera. What an outstanding service you provide!
I telephoned you to explain that there was a fault which would not allow the camera to open, and as a result of your explanation over the phone, I packed and posted the camera to you on the following Monday afternoon from Bedfordshire. Just 4 days later, on the Friday afternoon and much to my surprise, there was UPS deleivery man at my door with the returned camera, fully repaired free of charge under a Special Warranty and with a nice explanation note enclosed.
Well done canon for directing me to your Repairs Service, and many thanks to your staff at the Repair Centre for such a speedy and successful outcome.
